On November 9, 1999, Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas was released direct to video receiving positive reviews from critics calling it a solid kids' film featuring the Disney characters reenacting classic Christmas stories. 25 years later, it was gained a dedicated cult following from the people who grew up with it as a charming Christmas classic. This is Patricia's first time watching it since she's watching it as part of a request to review more adaptations of Christmas Every Day based on the 1892 short story by William Dean Howells.
